BAY CITY, MI — A Columbus, Ohio-based insurance company is suing a Bangor Township resident, claiming it should be reimbursed the money it paid out for a house fire caused by an illegal marijuana operation. LAWRENCE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) – A Lawrence county man remains behind bars this morning on several drug charges. Authorities said sixty-three year old Cecil Wayne Fretwell had been growing marijuana plants in and around his home on county road 32 in the Mount Hope community.
